Ogden Attorney | Nathan Carroll
Nathan argued before the Washington State Court of Appeals, and won, on behalf on his client and her children. Nathan worked for over eight (8) years in Law Enforcement prior to attending law school, which helps him understand the legal process from several different angles and offers a variety of knowledge and experience in defending his criminal clients.
Nathan volunteers a great deal of his time helping those who do not have the finances necessary to hire an attorney. Five years ago, Nathan, along with several other attorneys, started a Pro Bono program to defend the rights of the less fortunate. Nathan is the only attorney, of the founders, who still volunteers with that program.
Nathan understands everyone has the right to be heard and strives to work with individual clients who may lack the finances to hire an attorney. Nathan fights for your rights, no matter the type of case you have!
